Just like the good ole times…
March 3, 2008Saturday night was super fun! It’s only been 5 months (I think) since sunod-sunod kaming nag-aklasan from Intelligraph. And I never thought I was missing my ex-[super]officemates soooooooo soooooo much until I got to sit down and makipagtangahan with them in our favorite gimikan site, just like the good ole times.
Biglaan lakads are certainly the most feasible plan of all!
At around 4pm that day, Heidi rang me up and asked me if I’ll be doing something that night. I told her I will be at the airport with fam as my paternal grandma was about to arrive from Australia and that I will try to make an appearance at the gimik. After picking up Mamang at NAIA, we went to Manila Bay side for some yummy dining! Around 9pm, I asked my fam to drop me off at Conspi… and so the fun started.

After bottles of beer, servings of pulutans, and discussions of life, we headed to West ave for some coffee and some bonding continuation. We decided to wrap it up few hours away from sunrise, but since I’m not used to commuting on alanganing oras, I went with Heidi at her place and there we watched a movie. On our way there, we were thinking of watching the Bucket List, but ended up playing My Bestfriend’s Girlfriend. Talk again about self-confessed proud jologs! We could have chose Atonement, Juno, and any other Oscar nominated movies, but no! Haha. (I didn’t want to feel sleepy and experience nosebleeds at 4 in the morning! Hello?! Walang tulog!) We had a couple of good laughs ("ako, baduy? ito ang uso ngayon, labas ang balikat at may ribbon pa dito!"-marian rivera) and syempre kilig moments ("shoot! ang gwapo ni richard dun! heidi, i-replay mo! i-replay mo!!!"-jaja) We loved Richard Gutierrez and Marian Rivera in that film. Ye, just In that film.
When it was finished, I went straight home. Was in the house by 6am and had my good night sleep at 9am. Ooh, I’m gradually morphing into a call center girl. Speaking of, I wish I could still bond with the intellicrappers given the time constraints that I expect in my soon-to-be life in BPO industry. See you guys again, soon! Namiss ko talaga kayo!
